Mod Cleaners & Movers Policies, Terms & Conditions

MOD Cleaning Services appreciates your business and knows how important your building and office environment is to you. For both the protection of our clients and our company, please review the following POLICIES, TERMS & CONDITIONS prior to signing up for services.

MOD TEAMS

We normally work in teams of two or three professionally trained cleaners but have additional staff for larger jobs and for emergencies.

 

MOD GUARANTEE OF SERVICE

We are confident in our work and are committed to providing superior services. MOD Cleaning Services offers their clients with a Guarantee of Satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied, contact us immediately or within 24 hours and we will send a cleaner (s) to take care of anything that you weren’t completely satisfied with.

 

APPOINTMENTS

For your convenience, we have a flexible schedule for cleanings Monday through Friday and some Weekends. MOD Cleaning Services will do our best to arrive on time at your Office Building. Please note, since it's not possible to give a specific time when we will arrive, MOD Cleaners we do our best to arrive as close to your appointment time as possible.

 

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please provide at least 48 hours notice for all canceled appointments. Once we take a reservation, we hold that time slot open for you and turn away other potential customers in order to ensure your time frame. If you do not cancel your appointment within 48 hours ahead of your appointment, you’ll be charged the full price of your cleaning.

 

QUALITY

Our work is guaranteed, however, we do not offer a refund. If you are dissatisfied with our cleaning service for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the areas you are not happy with at no additional cost you.

 

WHEN ADDING ADDITIONAL SERVICES

When you need extra services or additional cleaning OUTSIDE OF YOUR STANDARD CLEANING on your scheduled cleaning day, please call us 24 hours in advance to make sure we reserve the extra time we need in order to provide time for the additional service REQUESTED. Additional services such as linen changes, inside of refrigerator, etc., are charged separately and are in addition to your cleaning rate.

 

SAFETY

In order to protect our staff from personal injury, we do not allow them to lift or move furniture and other items heavier then 35 lbs. We can, however, clean behind appliances. Please move heavy items you would like around prior to the cleaning appointment to allow access to the desired areas.

 

PAYMENT FOR SERVICE

For your convenience, MOD Cleaners accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cash or Checks.

Payment for all cleaning services is due 15 days after services are rendered. Past due invoices of 30 days late will receive a $50.00 Late Fee and this fee will be charged for the next month of the service.

A $50.00 fee is applied to all NSF checks.

Please make checks payable to MOD Cleaning Services.

 

GENERAL

For your protection, MOD Cleaning Services is a fully insured company with a general liability insurance policy and Bonded.

 

TERMINATION

For termination, our clients need to give us 30 days Written Notice.

Both Parties can Terminate a Contract with a 30-day Written notice.
