Today the company operates five state-of-the art facilities in North America with many more under current development. 21st Century Self-Storage International is on the horizon as we plan to open facilities in Europe and Asia. Our company headquarters are bi-coastally located in New Jersey and California. Community Involvement
21st Century Self-Storage has always been an active supporter of various charitable causes and important events within its communities. We realize the importance of community and neighborhood and love to offer our support through donating money and advertising through pro-community venues like high school sports, little league teams, and even carwashes. Environmentally Conscious!
21st Century Self-Storage is GREEN. We use recycled products at our facilities, and fluorescent lighting which dramatically reduces the amount of energy we use and saves carbon dioxide. At new facilities we are experimenting with alternative energy sources for heating and air conditioning such as Geo-Thermal Systems. We are considering ways, even now of re-thinking self-storage as a "green" industry. As we develop, we are looking at technologies that will save energy, materials, and waste in general, while still helping us to provide the best storage solutions around.
